Season Ticket Re-allocations
Has anyone received a email showing their time to contact ticket office?

Window opened yesterday.

Can't find anything on the os regarding actual contact times. All it says is that you will receive an email showing your time. And that it will be based on when you renewed. In my case that was back in mid- March.

rang up, no holding at all

moved my spare season ticket and a mates who sits on his own together, moved form Trevor Brooking end to block 244 (end of bridge for quick exits) where my other tickets are, yet kept this one band 5 despite only being 30 seats away

Got to say had a positive call with the ticket office today. Very helpful I managed to move my season ticket and also add an additional one next to it for my daughter

Re: Season Ticket Re-allocations
deedee,

by going in person you at least get to see the seat map on their screen so you're not relying on the recommendation of the person you are talking to. Also there is a risk of being stuck in the virtual queue on the phone.

The downside of going in person is that there is only one person there (they have closed the main window area and you have to go downstairs to the cafe area) and like I said she was too slow to secure the original seats I chose.

Re: Season Ticket Re-allocations
Woodford, would you recommend going to the TO or just phoning?

Re: Season Ticket Re-allocations
I had mine yesterday and went the to TO in person. I've been trying to move my 3 closer to the front of the upper tier. Managed to moved down 5 rows although that was only after a group of 3 seats 2 rows from the front got taken whilst the bint was trying to move mine there.

If you are looking to move more than 2 together by now, don't get your hopes up.
